HERE'S MY QUESTION
DO INSURANCE COMPANIES REALLY HIRE PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS TO WATCH CLAIMANTS WHO HAVE FILED A CLAIM AGAINST THEM?
WARNING - WARNING - WARNING -WARNING
THIS IS A VERY GRAPHIC VIDEO OF CAR CRASHES IT WILL MAKE YOUR HEART JUMP AND THUMP AND YOUR MUSCLES WILL TIGHTEN AS YOU WILL AT LEAST WANT TO SCREAM WATCH OUT, STOP AS YOUR HEART RACES. SO IF YOU ARE FAINT OF HEART YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO WATCH THIS.
Insurance is big business and Insurance fraud cost the Insurance companies big $$$. It's difficult to give an exact number but the best evidence suggests it's in the BILLIONS of dollars! Now that's a lot of loot. Ask yourself how much green would you need to be at risk of loosing to justify retaining a Private Investigator. If you're anything like me not nearly that much.
The answer is a resounding YES YES YES! Insurance companies are in business to make money not to make you money. So if they are able to save millions of dollars then they will absolutely hire a Private Investigator. I want to take this opportunity to help you to understand what the job is of the insurance company and what you are really doing when you insure your car, home, heath etc. When you take out an insurance policy on your vehicle for example you are taking out that policy to try and protect yourself from catastrophic loss and the insurance companies job is to attempt to make you whole not to make you money. But sometimes when people actually have an accident they begin to try and figure out how they can get a windfall from the insurance company. This is not a good idea and can come back to bite you in the end. Insurance companies don't just lay down for insureds in every case.
Now you might be asking yourself do the Insurance Companies Investigate everyone that gets in an auto accident? The answer is no they will not investigate each and every case. They investigate cases that appear suspicious to them or maybe there are signs of false claims or accident scams. Another reason that the insurance companies will investigate a case and this is a biggie the injuries are said to be long term life long injuries that ='s Big Moolah. If the claimant tells the insurance company they won't be able to return to work that could prompt the insurance company to take a harder look at the claimant.
I hope this article gives you a little insight into the insurance companies and that you understand more of what the role of the insurance company is. To simplify just remember the insurance company is here to make me whole not to make me money! Anything beyond making you whole would be considered fraud by insurance companies in most cases. Honesty really is the best policy and it's got to be very embarrassing to be caught committing insurance fraud and then you might face jail time as well. I'm sure you will agree with me that the risk is not worth it. Way to much trouble and then you have to worry every time you take your children to the park go to the grocery store or even mow your yard that your being watched. How about those golf dates will you try to continue playing and watching over your shoulder. Like I said earlier just tell your Doctor and the Insurance company the truth about your injuries and then you probably will not be watched and you can go about your business without worry. And lets face it if we tell them the truth we really don't care if the insurance company is watching us because we have nothing to hide.
Now are you saying to yourself the insurance companies will only hire private investigators in large towns. If your thinking that you would be off the mark. I work in the towns of Mooresville, Statesville, Salsibury and Hickory and even smaller communities like Troutman, Stony Point, Mt.Ulla, Catawba and Cleveland NC and yes I have worked Insurance fraud cases in these areas. So don't think that just because a claimant lives in a small rural area the big time insurance companies will not send an Investigator believe me they will and do!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed the post and that it was helpful for you. If you liked this post please share it on Facebook and Twitter and I hope you have a great day.
